A Little About Us
How We Met
We met at the wedding of mutual colleagues and relatives in the summer of 2021. He reached out to me on Instagram, complimenting my appearance, and that’s how it all began. We chatted for a long time and finally met a few months later for our first date a trip to Colmar followed by dinner. And as you can see, the rest is history!

The Proposal
In March 2023 during a magical day trip to Grindelwald on the First. He asked & I said yes! I was in shock! It was an unforgettable moment, surrounded by stunning mountain views, that marked the beginning of our next chapter together.
The Traditional Engagement
In June 2023, we had our Nichayathartham (engagement ceremony) surrounded by our closest family and friends. It was a beautiful and intimate celebration, marking our official commitment to each other before our wedding.

Mehndi Party
A Mehendi night is a celebration, where the bride's hands and feet are adorned with intricate henna designs. It's a joyful and vibrant event filled with music, dance, and festive gatherings of family and friends. The Mehendi symbolizes beauty, love, and the auspiciousness of the upcoming marriage, while also serving as a time for bonding and celebration before the wedding day.

Hindu Wedding
The traditional wedding is a sacred and elaborate ceremony that symbolizes the union of two individuals, their families, and their cultures. Rooted in ancient traditions, it involves rituals and customs that honor the deities, seek blessings for the couple's prosperity, and celebrate the bonds of love and commitment. The wedding is marked by vibrant ceremonies, including the exchange of garlands, tying of the sacred thread (thali), and offerings to the fire, all of which reflect the deep spiritual significance and communal joy of the occasion.

Reception Party
A reception party is a celebratory event held after the wedding ceremony, where the newlywed couple is formally introduced to extended family, friends, and well-wishers.
